Screening

Deposits (Updated November 2023)
A 10% deposit is strongly preferred but not required. If you choose not to send a deposit I will still book with you, but I will not guarantee your spot. This means if another trusted client (especially one of my regulars) calls and requests the same time you have reserved, I will cancel your booking in favor of theirs.
If you have a history of cancelling, I may require a deposit beyond what is stated here, at my discretion.
Cancellations
If I cancel for any reason, I will either reschedule or refund your deposit in full.
If you must cancel, please give as much notice as possible. Deposits are generally non-refundable, but I will consider a refund depending on circumstances. This is completely at my discretion and should not be abused.
No-Call-No-Shows will be blocked from any future communications.
